Sound binding with crisp and clean pages. Book is from an old home, so there is a slight musty smell. The author (1891-1984) looks back on 90 years from the vantage point of his home on Lincoln Hill in Wareham, Massachusetts, where he lived and practiced medicine starting in 1943.
