All edges marbled and marbled endpapers. Owner stamp on fly leaf. First section is names and phone numbers from A-Z. The A & B tab has been torn off. This section is followed by 616 ledger entries. Merchandise accounts, bills, client expenses and payments from 1891 to 1900. There are newspaper clippings from his Lodge, his wedding, the birth of his only child, and surgeries he performed. About 150 pages are blank.
