First editions. Erlangen, Ferdinand Enke, 1861 and 1866. Half red leather over red marbled boards. Hubbed spines with gilt detail. Rubbing to leather along joints and edges. Bottom of backstrip for Volume 2 is detached and needs to be reglued.. Covers and partial spine are detached from book block of volume 2. Marbled endpapers. Marginalia in pencil, toning, foxing, and some stains present. FFEP of Volume 2 is loose.
